The aspiration of the college is to inspire the trainees with skills for the industry. This cuts across various sectors including:

• Building Technology
• Electrical Engineering
• Computing and Informatics
• Institutional Management (Fashion Design, Cosmetology, Food & Beverage)
• Mechanical and Automotive Technology
• Agricultural Extension

The above courses are offered at different levels which include:

• Level 3, 4, 5 and 6 (Assessed by TVET CDACC)

From September 2023, the college fully adopted CBET Training which focuses on skills and competencies.

Formal admission into mainstream TVET programmes shall commence at Level 4 and above for Certificate and Diploma programmes. All programmes below Level 4 shall be categorized and administered as short courses, separate from the mainstream qualification pathways. Mbeere North Technical and Vocational College ensures appropriate structuring and certification of such short courses in line with the relevant regulatory frameworks.These short courses include:

• Food and Beverage Cookery Level 3
• Automotive Mechanic Level 3

To strengthen the training, the institution has encouraged the duo-training mode where the trainees learn in the college and in the industry. In this model, they take some sessions in the college classrooms and others at the areas of practice. This is anchored by a Memorandum of Understanding (M.o.U.) with industry players.
